Commission Plan Breakdown - Real Estate Careers
1 to 4 Transactions
Paid at 70% until the agent sells 4 sides. The 5th side will be paid at 75%. All transactions must take place within the same calendar year.
5 to 7 Transactions
Paid at 75% until agent the sells 7 sides. The 8th side will be paid at 80%. All transactions must take place within the same calendar year.
8 to 9 Transactions
Paid at 80% until the agent sells 9 sides. The 10th side will be paid at 90% All transactions must take place within the same calendar year.
10 or More Transactions
Paid at 90% All transactions must take place within the same calendar year.
New Agents
50% / 50% for the first transaction type.
Transaction Fees
A transaction fee of $175 per deal/side, no other office or desk fees apply.
